Departure from the hotel

For same-day dry cleaning or laundry service, please contact the housekeeper before 1:00 p.m.
Items given for dry cleaning or laundry service will be returned from 8:00 p.m. You will find the laundry bag and the laundry forms in the cupboard.
For a request before 9:00 a.m., the laundry will be returned at 2:00 p.m.
For an ironing request before 12:00 p.m., the laundry will be returned at 8:00 p.m. For an express request before 9:00 a.m., the laundry will be returned at 2:00 p.m.

Tools available to people with disabilities
A mobile access ramp is available at the entrance of the hotel, however, the interior patio is not accessible to people in wheelchairs. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we provide remote controls and telephones with large buttons at the reception desk, as well as instruction manuals (explaining how to set subtitles on the television, or how to use the telephone, for example). A MIL (magnetic induction loop) is available at the front desk and the fire alarm is activated by flashing lights.
