The cuisine favors products from organic farming or sustainable sectors, guaranteeing quality food.

Blossom strictly favors seasonal products for fruits and vegetables grown in France, in order to support natural cycles.

All eggs and egg products are of organic origin or specified “free range” (code 0 or 1), for responsible consumption. At least one vegetarian dish is offered, to allow everyone to find an option that suits their preferences.

In order to limit waste, Blossom has implemented a take-away solution such as Doggy Bag.

Blossom has removed products with a high environmental impact from its menu.

Stored cooking oils are recycled by a specialist company to be transformed into biofuels, detergents and soaps.
